We want you to be happy with Being You SkinCare, even if the product does not work for you. Everyone has different skin types, hair types, and fragrance preferences. Please do your best to adhere to the "how to use" instructions listed on each product and use the product for at least one month to get the best results.

At this time, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges offered. All sales are final.

Please double check that you are placing your correct address including apartment or unit number when ordering. Refunds will not be issued due to incorrect addresses. Some of our products include nut oils. Please read all ingredients before purchasing should you have a nut allergy, or any other potential allergy.

While we use all natural, vegan ingredients when making our products, we recommend you test all products on a small portion of your skin if you are not sure of any allergies you may have. Magloire Group, LLC d.b.a. Being You SkinCare will not be responsible for any allergic reactions or other issues that may occur.

Order cancellation Policy:
Once your order is placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel it. Any requests to cancel an order after 24 hours will be denied.

USA Shipping
Our goal is to ship any order out by 2:00 PM EST the same day. The average shipping time is two days but varies based on your location. Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed and provide a rough estimate
for when you will receive your products. Rates are for continental USA.
